Private or Semi-Private Sessions might be perfect for you if:
- You are new to Pilates and looking to gain hands-on instruction while learning about Pilates reformer/tower (Note: it is strongly recommended that you take a private session before signing up for a group apparatus class).
- You are recovering from an injury, you have a chronic condition, or you are experiencing mobility challenges that may require significant modifications or customizations (Note: you must have clearance from your physician).
- You are looking to challenge yourself beyond what is offered in our group sessions.
- You are looking to practice Pilates outside of our scheduled class times.
