Hi! I'm Kate- owner and instructor at The Pilates Method, LLC. I've been a longtime practitioner of Pilates; most recently relying on the methodology to help me maintain a regular fitness routine while managing the intense demands of motherhood. From the days of post-partum fitness to the more current demands of sports-mom schlepping, Pilates is a critical factor in my fitness framework. I know that carving out time to take care of my body today is laying the groundwork for healthy aging for years to come!
My goal is to offer my community a varied approach to their fitness routine. From beginner, functional movement experiences to challenging, athletic-based mixed level workouts!
