Studio Safety
- If you choose to register for a group class without previous experience, you do so at your own risk. Instructors may not be able to accommodate your needs on the equipment as they must be able to maintain a reasonable class pace for regular attendees.
- You are registering for group classes at your own risk and must be able to operate apparatus for your own safety and for the safety of all guests.
Studio Etiquette
Cell Phones & Devices:
- Please silence all cell phones including alarms and alerts before entering the studio floor. Notifications are extremely disruptive to our guests and instructors.
Clothing:
- Grippy Socks are strongly encouraged for all classes.
- Avoid overly loose clothing so that instructors can observe your form and movement.
- Appropriate shorts/pants/leggings should be worn for modesty during leg exercises.
Hygiene:
- Guests are expected to wipe down equipment/props with the cleaning supplies provided at the studio at the end of each class.
- If guests are experiencing symptoms of illness, we request that they refrain from entering the studio until they are 24 hours symptom free.
Cancellation Policy
At times we may need to unexpectedly cancel a class due to participant count, illness or weather concerns. If you are registered for a canceled class, you will be credited for the class.
For group & private classes, a late cancellation (within 12 hours of the class time) will result in a full charge of that class. No one enjoys this, but as a small business, we must enforce this policy.
To avoid a charge, classes must be canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled class time. You can cancel via your Vagaro account or by calling/texting the studio directly.
For workshops and multi-week series, classes are paid in-full at the beginning of each workshop/series. No refunds or credits will be issued after the start of the series. Cancellations must be made 48 hours ahead of series start.
